Kekaha's Family-Run Bed and Breakfast Vacation Rental
Guests enjoy the common areas of this exquisite vacation home which include a large living and dining area, eloquently landscaped grounds, and ocean view lanai. The upper lanai provides expansive ocean view and is fifty yards from the breaking surf! Because all areas of Hale Puka 'ana are constructed with 9 foot or greater height ceilings, guests experience the grand feeling of spaciousness and luxury one would expect in this pristine location.
Plus you'll appreciate the personal touch of having your friendly hosts available on property to answer your questions and help you enjoy your Kauai vacation to the fullest. Breakfast and Concierge Services are complimentary Monday through Saturday. Our guests appreciate the flexibility of having their breakfast anytime between 6:30am and 9:00am. Breakfast is "Continental Plus" style. This means an extensive variety of breakfast choices and all items have been selected to be in keeping with our Inn's High Standards. Typical items include but are not limited to: Fresh Local Fruits, Coffee / Tea, Waffles, Bacon, Cereals, Breakfast Sandwitches (Var: Bacon / Sausage & Egg w/ English Muffin or Crossant), Juices, Yogurts, Bagels / Crossants, Various Pastries, and many other Hawaiian Specialty items!

Ali`i Suite
(Ali'i means royalty) Located on the ground level of Hale Puka`Ana, the Ali`i Master Suite features a king sized bed, private bath, and private entrance. This exceptionally spacious suite has recently been remodeled (Dec '08), and has been finished with high quality touches like, cherry wood finishes, wall to wall travertine style tile, bamboo style fixtures, and a large double head shower. Combine this impressive suite with it's own private ocean view lanai and exceptionally comfortable furniture, and you're sure to appreciate quality and comfort at it's best. Take in the evening sunset or just curl up for the afternoon with your favorite book. This is r & r with a caplital "R" & "R"!

Hoku Suite
(Hoku means star) Located on the ground level of Hale Puka`Ana, this suite offers a king sized bed, private bath, and private entrance. An ocean view suite, the Hoku suite gets it's namesake from the enchanting constellations viewed from bed as you listen to the breaking waves and doze off to sleep. The bathroom provides a shower and is finished in marble and tile. Oversized sliding glass doors open to the ocean and large private lanai. The new high comfort/quality lanai furniture will invite you to spend your time whale and sunset watching or just catch up on those afternoon naps you've been missing. You will feel like a star in this suite on your trip here to paradise!

Ku`uipo Suite
(Ku'uipo means sweethart) Located on the ground level of Hale Puka`Ana, this stuido suite has a Queen sized bed, private bath, and private entrance. The bathroom provides a shower/tub and is finished in mable and tile. Guests enjoy the private and shady second story ocean view lanai provided by this suite. Ocean lullabys, tropical garden views, and the comfy-secret feel of this suite make a perfect place to get lost into on your getaway to the magical garden island!

Your Home Away from Home... Each suite features comfortable beds and high thread count linens and is equipped with a ceiling fan and a TV/DVD/VCR. Our property is equipped with central air conditioning but we seldom use it as the tropical tradewinds and the homes' ample ventilation keep the house cool and comfortable most of the year.

Hale Puka`Ana is an elegantly furnished custom two-story homehandsomely adorned with Marble countertops, Cherrywood cabinetry, modern appliances and fixtures, tiled bathrooms and covered Brazilian hardwood decks for enjoying the spectacular ocean view. The custom 9' ceilings add an extra degree of spaciousness to your vacation accommodations. The home is beautifully landscaped with tropical foliage and flowers and features an outdoor Shaka shower (hot and cold water) for rinsing off after a day of fun at the beach.

Kauai's West side enjoys consistent sunny weather and a dry climate with easy access to Waimea town which offers a movie theatre, restaurants, banks and grocery stores. Tennis courts, a ball field and a local park are just a short walk from our Kekaha vacation home, and children are always welcomed at Hale Puka`Ana. Some of Kauai's most memorable attractions like the Waimea Canyon, Polihale Beach, and Kokee state Park are just short car rides from Hale Puka`Ana. If surf is what you are after, the West side has it! The resort community of Poipu is a short 15- 20 minute drive from Kekaha for world class golf, dining and shopping. Deposit Requirements We require a 50% fee to hold your reservation. The balance of the rental fee is due 14 days prior to your arrival and can be received via personal check or charged to the credit card given when the suite was reserved.

Cancellation Policy We know that you won't want to cancel your plans to visit Kauai, however, if your circumstances require cancellation, your deposit minus a $75 cancellation fee will be returned when your reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 60 days of your arrival date will be refunded to the extent that we can cover your reservation with a new reservation.
